These Terms govern your use of gymleverage.com and the GymLeverage tools (the "Service"), provided by Inner Strength Health LLC ("we," "us"). By using or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms. Questions? hello@gymleverage.com.
Every tool is included at every size. We do not lock features behind higher tiers, and we do not charge per seat. Some things that cost us money for each use — AI drafting and generation, and emails sent through the Service — come with a daily allowance included in your subscription; text messages are drafted, not sent, so they carry none. Your current allowances and usage are shown in the app, and we warn you at 80%, well before you reach a limit. When a limit is reached, that activity pauses until the next day and your account keeps working; we will never stop your account working without telling you first. If you regularly need more, tell us and we will set a higher allowance for your gym. Allowances are shown in the app and we will give at least 30 days' written notice before reducing one.

If you need more in a given month you can buy additional capacity; we will never stop your account working without telling you first. Allowances are published in the app and we will give at least 30 days' written notice before reducing one.
GymLeverage is a suite of software tools for gym owners and trainers. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business for as long as your subscription is active. Subscriptions are priced by the size of your gym, never by feature: every tool is included at every size, and there is no per-seat charge. Founding subscribers (the first 25 accounts) pay half of their size tier and keep that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted — it does not expire and we will not raise it. All other subscriptions are month to month at the then-current price for your gym's size; we give at least 30 days' written notice before a price changes. If your gym grows into a larger size tier, the larger tier's price applies from your next billing period, and for founding subscribers the half-price rate applies to that tier. A held rate does not guarantee the Service will run forever, and it ends if the subscription lapses.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the data you enter into the tools — including any information about your own members or clients, and for having the right to use it. You can export or delete your data; see our Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. You're responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
GymLeverage sends text messages only to people who have asked for them, by ticking a separate, unticked box that says what the messages are for.
Where GymLeverage sends messages on behalf of a gym using the Service, that gym is responsible for holding valid consent from its own members and for the content of those messages. GymLeverage honours STOP replies across every account regardless — an opt-out is respected the moment it arrives, and no setting anywhere allows it to be overridden.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. GymLeverage provides tools and general information — it is not professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including any programming, marketing, hiring, or financial decisions. Always use professional judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Strength Health LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update, improve, or discontinue tools, and we may update these Terms. We'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
