How to request a refund

Email hello@gymaios.com from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of your purchase date.
Include your name and the email you used at checkout so we can find your order.
You don't owe us a big explanation — but if something didn't work or was confusing, telling us helps us make it better.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. When we issue a refund, your license/access to the tools ends.

After 14 days

Because this is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to digital tools, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window. If you have a genuine problem, still reach out — we'll always try to make it right.

Chargebacks
