An operating system installed in your gym.

Software you buy access to gets used for three weeks. GymLeverage gets built into how your gym runs — your numbers, your rules, your staff — and then it works whether or not anyone remembers to open it.

That takes an implementation. Which is why there's a fee for one, and why we can only take a few gyms at a time.

What it actually does

It watches your records for money going out the door and does something about it.

Finds the leaks

Leads nobody answered, no-shows nobody chased, failed payments, members who quietly stopped coming. Each one priced.

Does something

Writes the message in your voice, sends it once you allow it, assigns the call when a text won't do.

Proves it

Only money a human confirmed actually landed counts. Estimated and verified never share a number.

Every plan starts with a paid operational assessment — $500, credited in full against your implementation if you go ahead. It exists so both of us find out whether this is worth doing before anyone commits to a year.

Why there's an implementation fee

Because the difference between software and a system is the week somebody spends making it fit your gym. That week is the fee.

What gets done

  • An audit of where your gym is actually losing money
  • Your data mapped and cleaned — members, leads, history
  • CRM, scheduling and billing connected
  • Your operating rules set: thresholds, permissions, who can do what
  • Workflows built for your situations, not generic templates
  • Messages written in your voice, not a robot's
  • Staff roles, assignments and escalation
  • A dry-run period where nothing sends and you watch it work
  • Training for you and your team
  • Go-live, then the first optimisation pass

What you have to do

This part matters, and it's the reason we qualify rather than sell to everyone.

  • Give us access to your real data
  • Answer the questions in the operating profile honestly — including the uncomfortable numbers
  • Put one person in charge on your side
  • Actually work the queue for the first month
  • Tell us when something we wrote doesn't sound like you

Gyms that do these five things see results. Gyms that don't, don't — and no amount of software fixes that.

Does the maths work?

At $1,500 a month, GymLeverage has to find about one membership to break even.

If your average membership is $200 a month and people stay a year or so, one recovered no-show is worth roughly $2,400 over its life. Two saved cancellations, three recovered failed payments, a handful of leads that got answered in ten minutes instead of never — that's a normal month at a gym with 200 members.

We won't promise you a number. We will show you, every month, exactly what was recovered and who confirmed it — including the months it didn't clear what you paid. A report that can only look good isn't worth reading.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • 75+ active members
  • Memberships around $200/month or more
  • Real lead flow — 50+ enquiries a month
  • At least one person responsible for sales or retention
  • Your data lives somewhere we can reach it
  • $30k–$250k a month in revenue

Not yet

  • Solo trainer under 25 clients — the maths doesn't work and we'll tell you so
  • No lead flow to speak of. Fix that first; we'd only be automating an empty pipe
  • Not willing to hand over data access
  • Looking for cheap software. This isn't it, and there are good $99 tools
  • Wanting it to run without anyone touching it in month one

Questions people actually ask

Is this software or a service?

Both, and the service half is the part that makes it work. You get the platform, and you get someone building it around your gym.

Does it replace my CRM?

It can, or it can sit on top of one you like. We connect to what you've got rather than making you rip it out mid-season.

How long is implementation?

Two to four weeks for a single location, depending on how tidy your data is. Multi-location, longer. You'll get a date, not a vague promise.

Can I cancel any time?

Not in the minimum term — six months for founding partners, twelve after. We're doing real work up front, so the commitment goes both ways. After that, notice and out, with your data.

Do you guarantee revenue?

No. Anyone who does is guessing with your money. We guarantee you'll see exactly what was recovered and what wasn't.

What does it do on its own?

Exactly what you allow, situation by situation. It ships in safe mode — nothing sends without you — and most owners keep it that way for a week or two before turning parts of it loose.

Why only five founding partners?

Because implementation is one person's time, and five is what he can do properly while running his own gym. It's a capacity limit, not a countdown timer.

Why is there an assessment fee?

It filters out people who were never going to do this, and it means the hour you get is real work rather than a sales call. It comes straight off your implementation.

Start with the assessment

Tell us about your gym. If it's not a fit we'll say so in the first ten minutes and you'll keep your money.
